In view of circumstances around Covid-19, our returns policy will be extended from 30 days to 90 days from the date of delivery during this period. This extended return policy is valid for purchases made after the 29th of February 2020.
For orders placed on and before the 29th of February 2020, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be kept sealed and in its original packaging. You must contact our customer support team as soon as possible to initiate the return process and we will advise you on the next steps to follow. Please provide your order number upon contacting our team.
